| NOTICE: March Regular Union Meeting |
Good Afternoon Brothers and Sisters,
The next regular Union meeting will be a week from today, Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 @ 0930. We’re scheduled to hold this meeting in the conference room of Station 1. If there are any conflicts due to the ongoing Recruit Academy, I will let you all know.
We have two pieces of business that will require a quorum.

| PFFI 2026 TIMELY RESOLUTIONS |
Good Evening Brothers and Sisters!
The timely resolutions for PFFI 2026 have been uploaded to the Union website, under "downloads," "PFFI 2026 Timely Resolutions." Please review them as they will be discussed at the February Regular Union meeting.
Also, the official copy of the updated C&B has been uploaded to the Union website as well.

| Friendly Reminder: October Regular Union Meeting and Officer Elections |
Good Morning Everyone,
This is a friendly reminder that the next regular Union meeting will be Tuesday, October 21, @ 0930 in the conference room of Station 1. The agenda HAS NOT been posted yet, however, the elections for the positions of Local Vice President and both E-Board positions will be conducted.

A Special Union Meeting has been scheduled for next Tuesday, 8/12/2025, @ 0930 in the conference room of Station 1. The agenda will be as follows:
1.) Wage Negotiations 2025
- Discussion and possible acceptance of District's counter-offer
2.) Discussion and Approval of Draft Language for new Section 5 to CBA Article 27.

Good Evening,
Draft language for the proposed By-Laws changes and Article 27 of the CBA (Temporary Reassignment) has been uploaded to the Union website. The draft C&B proposals are in the "Const./By-Laws" tab and the Article 27 draft language is in the "downloads" tab. There currently isn't any draft language for wage negotiations but it will be uploaded soon.
